In the fourth quarter of 2022, the top five food and diet tracking applications in France showed varied performance across downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a breakdown of how each app fared, based on data from Sensor Tower.

WeightWatchers Program experienced a steady decline in weekly revenue, starting from approximately $32K at the end of September to around $27K by the end of December. Weekly downloads fluctuated, peaking at nearly 4.9K in the last week of December, while weekly active users saw a general decline from 23.4K to 17.7K over the quarter.

MyFitnessPal: Calorie Counter had a consistent performance in weekly revenue, maintaining around $20K throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads showed a notable rise, reaching 7.9K in the final week of December. Active users remained robust, averaging around 260K, with a slight increase to 236K at the end of the period.

YAZIO Calorie Counter & Diet saw a significant spike in weekly revenue in the last week of December, hitting approximately $28K. Weekly downloads mirrored this trend, with a peak of 29.5K in the same period. Active users increased from about 225K to 286K by the end of December.
